About Cambridge Online
Our mission at Cambridge Online is to create the ultimate city guide for Cambridge.
Cambridge Online was launched in its first incarnation in 2000 as camcity.co.uk. We acquired cambridgeonline.co.uk in 2004 and created a brand new website to go with the new name.
The Cambridge Online website is managed by CSE. Full details about the Cambridge Online network and advertising opportunities can be found at our media centre.
In late 2005 we also acquired the popular London website London Online, a guide to London and its many attractions with a concise events calendar (theatre, rock concerts and more) and excellent rates on hotel bookings. London Online was in fact one of the first city guides to appear on the Internet, having been founded in 1995 and launched in early 1996. Well worth a look if you fancy a city break to London.
