The regal is easy enuf to get into... not alot of places to sit, is rather boring with no atmosphere... i prefer the rat and parrot around the corner... more people... easier to interact with others and it dont take too long to get a drink - resonable prices...

downstairs : older ppl, dance floor
upstairs : younger ppl.. more intimate

i like it.
