Refunds are only given if there is a fault on the item otherwise you will only recieve a credit note or an excange. Faulty items are only covered for 28 days maximum this does not included general wear. If you are offered discount on a pair of shoes this will make them none refundable. Just so you know people, happy shopping ! ! !
