A review of New Heights by Waiting in Vain - Thursday 17th of November 2005The furniture may be good but the delivery policy is REALLY restrictive. They ask you to pay for the "service" but then don't give you any choice of the day, it's fixed. They decide on the 1/2 day you have to be there. It's OK if you can just take time off but otherwise you're stuck. This means you really wait for your furniture.
