"Colour correction"

I went into toni and guys for a colour, i wanted highlites on my dark hair, they stripped the original colour and re did it all, and gave me a fab cut. I went home and realised the colour wasnt vibrant enough for me, so i rang them the next day, they were extremely helpful and said i should come in and not feel bad about it, ans it would be done again, for no extra charge, i got more along the lines of what i wanted this time and am returning!

i was very impressed!
