My order is two weeks late [so far] because she thought she left a message on my answerphone, indeed she only thinks it was my phone she rang, and then she says she thought I was gone away so that's why she didn't follow up her call...why she didn't think to reply by email to my online order or why she didn't think how important the product is to the patient....aaaaah....obviously staffing problems with this company.
