A review of The Royal Standard by Jenni - Sunday 11th of December 2005

Since the management change almost a year age the royal standard has been transformed from somewhere you would be a little frightened to go, into a breath of fresh air for cambridge. a nice chilled out pub through the week, where regulars with their own glasses still exsist, and an excellent showcase for new talent on the decks at the weekend, and because the pub has two main areas you can have a choice... dj or juke box!!! Really is one of the few places left not djing commercial music on the weekend. and now the kitchen is up and running the standard looks set to go from strenght to strength.
