I have been using the Newmarket Road Park and Ride facility since mid Novemeber and am appauled by the length of time one has to wait for a bus during the evenings. Buses from town or the Grafton Centre can take upto 35 minutes to arrive during rush hour. It seems to be at its worst between 5pm and 6.30pm, with regular waiting time of 20 minutes!!
