Everyone with a bank account,should know what is going in and out of the account they hold,it is not the banks responsibility to watch the thousands of accounts we hold,we would not charge you £100.00,unless items had been returned due to insufficient funds-regardless of the account you hold.
Please could everybody stop blaming the banks/building societies for irresponsible account running....
