Can anyone help i love toni and guy but i thought that if i paid them £130 for my hair to have blonde highlights through that i might actually of found a hairdresser that could achieve real looking blonde highlights! yet again was wrong, so going posher and paying more doesnt work! anyone recommend anywhere that could give me blonde not copper!
