I have been using VegEPA from Igennus now for nearly a year and I have never had a problem with either the service or the product, which has helped me no end. The exception was when I asked for an order to be sent to a relative in Southern Ireland. This order did not reach her for nearly three weeks, however Igennus were able to provide proof of postage which confirmed that the delay was due to the poor postal service in Ireland. Keep up the good work.
