"Review of Grays Sports - Poor Service!!"

I waited for 15 minutes outside this shop this morning until it's 9.00am opening and spoke to one of the assistants as he was puffing away on a smoke before he was due to start. I told this chap that I wanted to buy all my cricket gear for the season. He didn't seem interested at all. 
 
9.00am arrived and I walked into the shop. I went to the clothing and had to ask where the large shirts were as the three staff were too busy talking amoungst themselves to even care that there was a customer willing to part with £400.00 on cricket equipment. 
 
After I was shown where the large shirts were the assistant went right back to his 'mates' and continued to talk with them. I glanced at them several times to catch their eye as I wanted to ask some questions. I was being too optimistic. I waited for a further two to three minutes and was ignored.  
 
I subsequently left the shop and will not spend a penny in there. Ever.
