"Rusty cars"

A review of EMG Motor Group by Not telling you - Saturday 7th of January 2006

You are not being very fair to the dealer, having worked in the motor trade i can assure you it is not always the dealers fault. EMG did not build the car, the car was build by Ford, emg are a middle man in your purchase and can not realy be blamed for a rusty car, the decission to either fix or not fix your car is made by head office (being ford motor ccompany) not the dealership, if it were down to the dealership im sure they would be happy to fix your car, but if Ford say no to a warranty claim its there choice. EMG are only a franchise like marshalls or Wests they are not owned by the manufacture, they purely supply and repair there vehicles.
