"Colour nightmare"

I have been colouring my hair for many years and have always walked out of the hairdressers with a happy result! But this time and the last were both disasters! I have trust in hairdressers, they are there to do a job and should be trained in their profession to be able to do what they are good at! But in my experience, I would advise anyone wanting a change in colour to make sure they (the hairdresser) really understands what it is you are asking for and the consequences after!
