It's simple really Pelcombe used to be owned by a man called Roger Cole who died last year. 
 
Before he died he sold the company to an inestment company who helped clear it's debts and re-finance it. 
 
That company was http://www.sovereigncapital.co.uk/ the new Managing diretor is Larraine Boorman, who has a long history of working within this business sector. 
 
More recent changes to the business means it has become part of the Sencia Group which is a new company and not many details are available about that company yet. 
 
The companies head office used to be Colchester (Essex), it has now relocated HO operations to the following:

17 NARBOROUGH WOOD PARK 
DESFORD ROAD 
ENDERBY 
LEICESTERSHIRE LE19 4XT 
 
Which is the same address as the Sencia Group, as mentioned before there are still few details apart from they have bought domain names.
