"Work hard but play harder"
A review of Hills Road Sixth Form College by Katie - Thursday 26th of January 2006
Hills is the place to go to reinvent yourself. Whatever people may say, you can go there with the ideal that you can be who you want to be, as the majority there will have no idea of whom you were before. Friends are in abundance - in all your classes you will meet new people, in societies and enrichments likewise. Opportunities to make friends are everywhere, you just have to seize the chances. Its a social place, by name and by nature Work is hard, and its a lot of it, or thats how it feels to me. The teachers are good (but its true they are not the best... i mean some are..some arnt, its like any establishment in that way) and supportive. they WANT you to do well. Hills road does have a reputation to live up to afterall! but its up to YOU to achieve your goals! at the end of it all, you will come out with grades that you can feel proud of knowing YOU achieved them, not your teacher. its all about self motivation and determinition - if you have those qualifications, hills will be great for you!
