I have been an employee of Pizza Hut for just over 3 years now. And not once have we EVER sold a 7 inch pizza, the smallest we do is 9 inches - the individual italian, with the individual grand pan a little bit smaller than that. as for it costing £12.99, that would only happen with an individual pizza if you had a margherita and created your own pizza adding on different toppings of your choice (90p each) Could I point out that if you were told this, that you could have quite easily looked at the menu and worked it out for yourself, that £12.99 was an incorrect pricing.
