The Royal Standard was re-furbished in March 2005. It is now has lots to offer.. B.B.Q.'s in the summer, pensioners lunches, plus a varied standard menu. Entertainment consists of a regular quiz on monday night. Live folk music. visiting D.J. crews. Some sky sport some 'real ale'. Well worth a visit, or 'phone for more details.
