"Another objection to 'lack of product knowledge'"

Staff at Holland and Barrett have to do over a year of training, with examinations throughout. During this, and after this training is completed, they still have to do training updates and exams every fortnight for as long as they work there. I can't see how someone can make an assumption that all Holland and Barrett staff have a lack of product knowledge based on one question about cummin seeds.
