A review of The Elm Tree by Polly and Steve - Wednesday 15th of March 2006
In response to the entry from "Anonymous", who posted their review in February, we would like to introduce ourselves as The Elm Tree's new owners - Steven and Polly. As you can see from the other reviews which have been posted since, we DO have live jazz here, every Sunday and Monday, and now we also have guest appearances from some of the finest local, national and international musicians available. We promote a no door charge policy on all our events; we offer a wide selection of real ales and a great new wine list. We have big plans for The Elm Tree and hope that Anonymous will return to re-discover this charming little gem of a pub. We took over in December 2005 and are here to stay.
