I have just returned from a visit to Prezzos in Brentwood, which was until today a firm favourite. Can anything be done about the fact that despite being the coldest snap in early March on record, there was an absence of any heating - on asking for the radiator to be turned on we were met with - oh its not working, and hasnt been for some time. This was a birthday celebration which we spent in our coats and fur lined jackets. Dread to think what it will be like in the evening when the temperature drops!!
