"Review of Chilis Grill & Bar"

A review of Chilis Grill & Bar by Food lover - Monday 28th of April 2003

What a load of rubbish. I eat at Chilis whenever I get the chance. I have never found there found to be anything less than examplary, the meat dishes are cooked to perfection whilst salads are crisp and drizzled in the appropriate dressings. I have eaten in many Chilis across several countries, many of which are not wuite as good as the one on Cambridge. Granted, comapred to traditional Mexican food it can be a little low on authenticity but for Tex-Mex it is unsurpassed in the Cambridge area. Perhaps you don't know you salads from you elbow?
