Took my son's bike in with a puncture that kept reappearing despite my best efforts.

It was late on a Saturday afternoon, just before closing.

They were as helpful as it would be possible to me. I explained the problem and the guy behind the counter grabbed the bike, whipped the wheel off, found and removed the problem, and then fitted a new inner tube. It was all done in five minutes.

He then just charged me for the inner tube. I shall definitely go back in the future with any problems I have.

Excellent service.
