"It's fresh...what do you expect"

On reading through many of the reviews of Loch Fyne, I find it amazing that people complain of dishes being off the menu. If you want fresh seafood then what do you expect...I think a lot of these reviews are written by people that have little or no understanding of running a restaurant. Yes, it would be easy to order 70 lobsters and so that you've got plenty, but then they're not gonna be fresh in 2-3 days are they, and then you would complain that the food isn't fresh.
I think complaining is becoming far too easy, and if you want an absolutely perfect meal, then go to a michelin star.....Oh no of course not...that's too expensive for you.....which is the real reason why you all complain in the first place...to get free stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
