"The worst pub meal ever- and where was the manager!"

This is a pub that I have visited frequently but today,like last Wednesday,there were no baked potatoes.The chosen alternative was tuna sandwiches and a turkey wrap each with a salad.The lettuce in the salad accompanying each "meal" was brown,the tomato "slices" were the ends only,and no butter in the sandwiches.And the meals arrived at different times!
On complaining we were told that the lettuce was freshly prepared that morning(!) and that there would be no reduction in the bill.The manager,who heard this,then conveniently disappeared!
On a previous occasion a free drink was offered by the same manager because we were dissatisfied with the food,but despite asking on several occasions,the manager was either absent or eventually denied all knowledge of the offer.
Suffice to say,enough is enough and we will never be returning to The Rock.A shame because it could be good if the manager did manage and employed a proper cook
