Pizza Hut really muffed this one up. I ordered a couple of pizzas over the phone for collection one evening and they told me to come and pick them up in about 20 min's.
So 20 min's later I go down to get them with my boyfriend and young daughter, by now it was about half 8. We were kept waiting for a further half an hour and when we asked what was going on we were told that the pizzas were in the oven. Half ans hour later again we finaly got our pizzas and it was about half 9. During our wait we were not offered a seat and we were really tired from all the standing around. We got a 10% discount of our next order to compensate. This was rubbish.
