"No service at all"

Yesterday my wife and I went to our local Pizza Hut, we were greeted by a young man who looked to be about 17 years of age. We asked to be seated in a booth,he said "take your pick" so we did. He said "what do you want" I said "We're not sure, may we have a menu", he brought (one) menu.The Hut was almost devoid of customers so we expected reasonably prompt service. There were two young ladies in another booth about his age, they were served on two occasions while we sat unattended. We waited for approximately 20 minutes and were never again even looked at. As we departed, I said "Thanks for letting us in" He, the person ostensively in charge, said OK as we departed. We did not know this young man so it was not a personal slight.
