"Waste of space!!!!!!"

So two packeages that were posted well over a week ago have not arrived (surprise surprise). Have tried calling the sorting office - got the answer phone (as always), only to be told they dont call people back!!!! So I will have to drive down to see them on the off chance they have my packages in their sorting office! What a S*** system!!

Also we (chesterton) dont seem to be getting much post - i don't trust them at all - they also regularly post stuff through the wrong door! I mean how hard can it be!!!
