In answer to your moan dated 11/05/2004 - what do you expect?? If you buy a car from a dealer, that same dealer will usually fall over themselves to help you. If you choose to cut corners and take the cheap option by buying an import from a car supermarket, I suggest you go back from whence you came and get them to fix it. Your local dealer owes you no loyalty as you didn't show any to them. All dealers are privately owned companies who look after their own customers first, not someone else's.
