"Quinns Closing Times"

Last night I popped into Quinns at 10.45 to catch Last Orders. The place was almost completely empty. But as I approached the bar, the barman said 'Sorry, we're closed'.

I said,'OK no problem...', then paused wondering if my watch was slow and asked him what the time was. He replied 'ten to eleven'.

They are supposed to serve until 11 pm when they call Time at the Bar. Last Orders is typically at 10.50 and lasts until 11.00.

Make sure you don't end up at Quinns near closing time. You might get cheated out of your last drink.
