"Get a life and stop complaining"

A review of Game by Linda D written on Tuesday 16th of May 2006

I worked in a shop for a few years and the customers were as rude as hell, and because we were at work we couldn't give crap back. Most of the whinging customers had no life apart from making a daily trip to the shop to specificaly complain about the pettiest things and ask us why whe weren't open till late night or xmas, easter etc. do they not realise that we are human too? we aren't perfect robots that you can just switch off and on at your leisure, nor are we going to take rudeness off ignorant lazy people that don't work/never worked or spend all day playing on their games consoles. Working all day in a thankless shop job does make us feel cak but we don't take it out on the world and we do it because sometimes i'ts the only option open to some who need to support their families. So before you all start slating Games customer service/staff etc, just think of the folks working there and realise that the fat cats sitting in their ivory towers could do more to train/help/support their employees more. A bit of understanding from the customer doesn't take 5mins. Anyway, I think game is a good store and never had any problems whilst making a purchase or asking for info. Staff are very helpfull..
