If a vehicle has v rated tyres from the factory then by law they have to be fitted with the same or with a higher speed rating, the mark also covers the performance. So for example a bmw will have w or even z rated tyres on the back whereas a metro will have t rated tyres. If the customer has a problem the manager of the centre will gladly give him/her the number of his superior.
