I just bought a new touring bike from Ben Hayward. I dealt exclusively with Rob, who was the model of helpful advice, and an ideal salesman. After trying a few different models, I ended up buying something similar to his initial suggestion, which was the cheapest model I tried.

I have to say that I've had lousy service in the past from other staff in the shop.
