"Turtle Bar Marmaris"
A review of Marmaris by Trish Doolan - Friday 21st of July 2006
I have been friends with Abdi and his sons at the Turtle Bar for over 11years now, my youngest son has just returned after a four year break. We are very pleased that Abdi has finally become a grandfather his youngest son has a partner from Scotland.
The family still made him feel welcome, Alex is still there and we remember the girl in question.
Although the girl in the artical was bitter, I could not defend Alex or any of the workers in Marmaris, I believe there are two sides to every story, we have seen what happens on many occassions, the gift of the gab the latin looks the promises, and any girls who believe that the workers they meet are the love of their lives, remember a different flight comes in at the same time they depart along with new girls!!!!
As for the Turtle Bar we have seen this grow and grow over the years with many changes, but each time we return it is the first port of call and always made as welcome as the last visit. This is a great bar with great guys and the best management team you could meet and yes they will defend their loyal staff and friend as any of us would.
I am already looking for flights within the next few weeks.
