well can i just say how rude the staff are at the regal in particular a few of the managers, you walk in and its like youve stepped into a funeral parlour! and the continous harrasment of asking your age.
Go to Teeside and go into a bar/restaurant, the minute you walk in all staff smile and say hello thats what you call a welcome.
