ITS PIZZA. X employee.... welcome to the real world. in real life things can happen with money. They are a multi national company that have guidelines. Did you speak to the manager... did you get your money... or did you go off in a strop? Hmmmm. And things break. When i have had a pizza, i get what i expect, hot food good service and a cheap meal. I'm sure the good people don't want to hear you talking about a bad job experience!
