I totally get what you are saying... i have served for 2 different pizza huts over the years and mix ups do happen and i see how they are very frustrating for the guests. the hard part is bad service is a combo between the server and the kitchen (management is in there too) the kitchen is often the ones to make the mistake (incorrect or missed) but it is also the server who needs to be aware of the situation and keep the guests informed as well as be on top of the situation. serving is not an easy job... and on a busy friday or sat night... its easy to get thrown off.
