"No Problem At All With B&Q!!!!"

I do understand where you are all coming from. I also bought a kitchen from B&Q Telford in Jan 2006 when they had there 15% off sale on. I feel i got my kitchen for a bargain price and i was explained by the staff that this was a busy time and that delivery and installation times may be longer than expected. With having my kitchen for a fraction of the price than i would of paid anywhere else i did not mind. Then in march i received a phone call informing me that the central warehouse had burnt down housing all the kitchen stock, so waiting times would be a little longer. Yes i was annoyed but i dont think B&Q intentionally set it on fire. A month later i had another phone call asking when i would like my delivery and installation to take place. 3 weeks later i had a lovely fitted kitchen. and for my inconvienience i had some money back as compensation. But any questions i had to ask the staff at Telford store were more than willing to answer. Overall i was pleased with the communication i received. I am doing my bathroom soon so ill be straight to B&Q for that.
