"Truly horrible place now"

I certainly agree with Mr. Shrub. I was in the place back when it was Rattle and Hum and really enjoyed the laid back vibe. A place to actually read during the afternoon or listen to decent music while enjoying a quiet pint. I came back about a year later and it took me 20 minutes to find the place, I walked by a loud, packed lager-fest filled with smelly students and fruit machines. I couldn't believe it when I realized it was actually the same place. I turned on my heel and walked out, have never returned.
