To nicola . i work in a well known department store and i understand what you are saying because i get talked down to by costomers and treated like a peice of dirt on there shoe which makes me less willing to assist and help them and then they complain to supervisores that i spoke to them in a rude manner, which makes me so ANGRY . but it also makes me angry when i go into a shop and recieve bad service when i am a nice costomer with good manners and i know what its like to be the other side of the counter .
