Some of the comments made are totally over the top! some could be true, somtimes the salon does get really busy, and at times perhaps maybe a bit messy, all our staff are very freindly and never would any of them be hostile towards a client! you do get some banter between the guys, but this mostly involves the clients and is no way meant to annoy anyone! if this person prefers the toni and guy salon, all well and good! and instead of writing a comment on here, a phone call to one of us would of been more appropriate so that individuals can then be taken aside and talked to! then we would find out how much of this commnet is true or false!!
