" American Express Travel Cheques???"

Having just returned from a Holiday in the USA the only negative thing was the fact that thinking we were secure by getting American Travel Cheques only to find out when we needed to cash them that after visting 6 different banks being told that because of fraud they would not change them unless we had an Account in the USA.

And to make things worse i cant now relate this poor service back to A.E.so future visitors to the USA have the same problems,because there website doesn't allow e-mails/complaints to be sent to them so how can they be close to there customers & there needs?
