The 01223 365555 number has been changed to 08444 773124. I finally got through today (third attempt over 2 weeks -kept waiting interminably before). I wanted to speak to a particular doctor, who has been highly recommended, and was given a number to call. This is the number on the website which I had already called - the ansaphone does not say who it is. I left yet another message and will just have to hope that someone gets back to me. Given that I have also emailed the specific doctor and got no reply, I am not hopeful. Classic case of making it difficult for your customers to do business with you!
