How rediculous of a Bank worker to suggest everyone CLOSED their accounts should they be unhappy with bank charges, poor service etc.

Its like me suggesting to Bank Workers that they should all RESIGN their jobs because they don't like the flack they get from unhappy customers. I am sure we all have aspects of our jobs we don't particularly like or agree with, but we have to get on with it.

In this day and age where people are paid electronically rather than cash in the hand, people HAVE to have banks. NO CHOICE.

In much the same way, you want to pay your bills? you need to work. Again: NO CHOICE.

(Where do the Banks find these employees????)
