We've bought three computers from Cantab. Good advise on both occasions, and not too technical for oldies! They set both of them up, supplied a more expensive printer for no extra charge when the one we'd originaly ordered was discontinued, fixed our modem, when it blew in a storm, and they don't sell you stuff you don't need.
Oh...and they do laptops. As for ordering on the internet,fine if you know what you're doing. If not you need a good knowledgeable shop.
