Toni & guy is probably one of the most famous hair dressers for a reason, ok and for all of u slagging it off your just a load of ****ers and want something to moan about, i have never ever had a problem in toni n guy chelmsford and have had various memebers of staff doing it, they all are polite talented and no what they are talking about! so maybe consider what your asking for next time and how fesable is it !!
