"By Boots too"

I totally agree with your comment, i have been working for Boots for nearly 3 years now and i find the majority of customers very rude. Boots staff are generally very nice and i think customers take advantage of this. People come into the shop in a bad mood and take it out on members of staff just trying to do their job. Also being a young member of staff being nineteen with 3 years of experience, older customers tend to talk to me with little respect. When i try to help some customers with problems they are rude and dont listen to what i have to say yet they demand to speak to an older member of staff who says the exactly same thing as me they listen to them. Maybe im having a rant but im just trying to explain you shouldnt tar all young boots staff with the same brush. I do my upost to help any customer, and if customers are nice then so are staff and it makes the workplace a much nicer place to be.
