Hello,

I want to ask you with the following request:
in 1997, I, in composition of Ukrainian delegation of students worked on the G”s Shropshire Ltd. (Cambridgshire, Ely). I was there from May to October, 1997.
A tax which I paid from every earned pay-envelope (after - how I can remember - 3.000 pounds) was retained from me. In was after the half-year on that moment withheld amount about 650 pounds.
Before my departure to Ukraine guidance of G”s office reported that I can get (as a foreigner) the retained tax at certain conditions:
1. if I on in that (1997), not next year will not appear on territory of England again
2. if I will fill all necessary documents in Tax Office in Cambridge, that I and did before departure, visiting your office in 10-20 of October 1997.

I filled all forms which were offered me in tax office (seems, on Wellington Street)and left UK.
Neither in that nor in next years I did not cross territory of England.
It was desirable to know – why I until now did not get that tax and, if it possible, whether I can do it now.
For facilitation of possible search I reveal to you, that my employee number was № 12806.
I shall be greatfull about any information about my request.
