A review of Starbucks Coffee by Alex - Sunday 3rd of December 2006
To the man who wrote his review of Starbucks in capital letters, what the hell is wrong with you? Have you got some kind of Attention Deficit Disorder? Get a life. I happen to work at Starbucks, Market Street, and I know how it gets on weekends. It’s busy as hell and everyone is in constant motion. As for older staff, the managers are older than the baristas and do a good job of running the place. And what the **** do you expect from staff, yes, we like to keep the general mood behind the bar up, with good humour and smiles. That's what is required of us, it’s in our training. It’s called customer care; if we go around looking grumpy and not laughing and not being happy, then we'd make Starbucks a dull place to be. I can see the frustration you had in seeing a bunch of kids sitting around not drinking, but Starbucks’ policy is not to kick anyone out who isn’t drinking coffee. I suggest next time you make a review, you be more objective and not talk out of your arse…
