"What to do now"

Looks like the company dont even know what administration is, if it was administration they would have had time for a continguency plan, if which is what they have done is sack everyone without notice this is called liquidation. however as they have claimed it is administration you should be entitled to the day you worked up to and also a notice period 
 
the claim form you need is called rp1, this can be found by doing a search on google and typing rp1. as it is administration they should have given a notice period and also advised you to go seek advice from the job centre 
 
just keep a look out for the big names of the company as its very highly likely you will see them trading under a different name after the new year 
 
they will have known over two weeks ago that the company was going into admin and it seems very strange that they were opening new stores. seems they were conning the staff to get as much money from the customers before they announced this
